Welcome to the Dialog PLUS Project homepage
Digital Libraries in Support of Innovative Approaches to Learning and Teaching in Geography
The DialogPLUS project brings together geographer lecturers from different institutions to learn how to work together collaboratively to create and deploy digital learning materials.
The project combines the efforts of geographers, education specialists, and computer scientists at Pennsylvania State University and the University of California, Santa Barbara (U.S.) and the University of Southampton and the University of Leeds (U.K.). It is funded jointly by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) and the United Kingdom Joint Information System Committee (JISC) as part of their Digital Libraries in the Classroom initiative, and the partners at Southampton, Leeds and Pennsylvania State Universities have worked together as part of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN).
This website has been set up to allow you to find out more about the project; the team behind it, our outputs (both learning resources and software) and publications.
